加拿大皇家鑄幣廠於1988年推出楓葉銀幣，到今年2013年剛好25週年，
這枚1oz選擇性鍍金銀幣就是RCM推出來記念這個日子。
銀幣背面圖案有常見的「Shadowleaf」楓葉圖案放置在稍微偏右的位置，
背後右邊有鍍金的半圓，左邊則有鍍金的楓葉形狀，特顯出銀光閃閃的楓葉。
正中偏左下位置則有慶祝25週年的英文字，還有另一個細小的楓葉圖案。

The maple leaf on first picture look likes gold coins then the maple leaf coat with silver. I knew that it was reflection from the coin. don't know whether has the gold coin of maple leaf like the first picture.

It is look very beautiful gold coin. I thought that is reflection. I'm wrong. Got such as nice coin.I prefer the first one.=) The dark yellow region bring out the blinking of maple leaf.

回覆刪除Fairly hard to take photos of this coin. Its proof nature is very reflective. I just added another picture where I have to tilt the camera off-axis to have enough light shine on the coin so the gold plating shows different color than the silver.
thanks. I see. No wonder I didn't see the first picture. Maybe you might get the good lens can help reduce reflective. Of course those lens will costly. The lens able to help you focus the light source.
刪除Proof coin surface is like mirror.
刪除If not much light hits the coin surface, it will look dark in the photos. But then it is hard to tell if there is any gold plating.
Trouble with tilting the coin against the lens is that the depth of field will limit the clarity of the picture.
This is specula reflection from a smooth mirror surface. Maybe you should look for good DSLR lens against your reflective problems.
